Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Resolution No. 11-006; Board Budget No.: 09/10-070
a. Adopt a Resolution to accept the Internship Program
Annual Report; and
b. Approve funding the pilot Internship Program from
the General Fund as a permanent program; and
c. Direct the County Administrative Office to amend
the Human Resources Unit 8049) Adopted FY
2010-11 Budget to include one 1) 5 FTE
Management Analyst III position; and
d. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to transfer
appropriations totaling $35,104 from County
Administrative Office 020 contingencies to County
Administrative Office 003 Human Resources 4/5ths

Upon motion of Supervisor Armenta, seconded by Supervisor Potter, and carried by those
members present, the Board of Supervisors hereby:
a. Adopted Resolution No. 11-006 to accept the Internship Program Annual Report;
b. Approved funding the pilot Internship Program from the General Fund as a
permanent program;
c. Directed the County Administrative Office to amend the Human Resources Unit
8049) Adopted FY 2010-11 Budget to include one 1) 5 FTE Management Analyst
III position; and
d. Authorized the Auditor-Controller to transfer appropriations totaling $35,104 from
