c. Award Emergency Repair Work Job Order Contracts for a term of 1 year from the date signed by County with a minimum contract value of $25,000 and maximum contract value of $5,797,275 to the following bidders: ERW 2023-01 Granite Construction Company; ERW 2023-02 Papich Construction Company, Inc.; and ERW 2023-03 A.
