Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A-11198
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health to sign a Mental Health
Services Agreement with Fred Finch Youth Center, effective July 1,
2008 through June 30, 2010, for mental health services in the amount
not to exceed $100,944 to replace Agreement A- 10911, which expires
June 30, 2008; and
b. Authorize the Director of Health to sign up to three 3) future
amendments to this Agreement where the amendments do not exceed
ten percent 10%) of the total contract amount and do not significantly
change the scope of work.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
a. Approved and authorized the Director of Health to sign a Mental Health Services Agreement
with Fred Finch Youth Center, effective July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2010, for mental
health services in the amount not to exceed $100,944 to replace Agreement A-10911, which
expires June 30, 2008; and
b. Authorized the Director of Health to sign up to three 3) future amendments to this
Agreement where the amendments do not exceed ten percent 10%) of the total contract
amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2008, by the following vote, to wit:
