County of Monterey, State of California
2006 CONST 0010
a. Approve Plans and Special Provisions for construction of
the Probation Department Modular Office Building
Relocation and Remodel project;
b. Authorize the Public Works Department to advertise the
Notice to Contractors" in The Californian on May 15 and
May 20, 2006.
Upon motion of Supervisor Calcagno seconded by Supervisor Lindlpy and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
a. Approves Plans and Special Provisions for construction of the Probation Department
Modular Office Building Relocation and Remodel project; and
b. Authorizes the Public Works Department to advertise the Notice to Contractors" in The
Californian on May 15 and May 20, 2006.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2006, by the following vote, to-wit:
