a. Approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement A-14917 with Central Coast Center for Independent Living to provide long-term services and supports to older adults with disabilities by extending the term to September 30, 2022 and adding $86,963 for a revised total contract amount of $267,490; and
b. Authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services to sign up to three (3) amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed ten percent 10% ($26,749) of the contract amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of the Department of Social Services to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement A-14917 with Central Coast Center for Independent Living to provide long-term services and supports to older adults with disabilities by extending the term to September 30, 2022 and adding $86,963 for a revised total contract amount of $267,490; and

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
This amendment adds funding from the California Department of Aging (CDA) to the existing agreement with the Central Coast Center for Independent Living (CCCIL). CCCIL is a local non-profit providing a variety of programs to assist people with disabilities. The agreement promotes collaboration, shared resources, and efficient delivery of services to seniors with disabilities.
