a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a Letter of Agreement ("LOA") with Central California Alliance for Health for the County of Monterey to receive incentive funds for the Student Behavioral Health Incentive Program to increase access to preventative, early intervention, and behavioral health services for children in public schools in the amount not to exceed $50,000 for the term starting the date of execution by both parties through March 31, 2025;
b. Approve non-standard indemnification provisions to the LOA as recommended by the Director of Health; and
c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute up to three future amendments that do not exceed 10% ($5,000) of the original LOA amount, do not significantly change the scope of services, and do not exceed the maximum amount of $55,000.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a Letter of Agreement ("LOA") with Central California Alliance for Health for the County of Monterey to receive incentive funds for the Student Behavioral Health Incentive Program to increase access to preventative, early intervention, and behavioral health services for children in public schools in the amount not to exceed $50,000 for the term starting the date of execution by both parties through March 31, 2025;
