Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A-10678
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health to sign
Amendment No. 1 to Agreement A-10678 with the Center for
Community Advocacy to extend the Mental Health Services
Agreement through September 30, 2008; and
b. Increase the existing Agreement amount of $280,000 by
$39,990 for Fiscal Year 2008-09 for a revised maximum total
amount of $319,990.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
a. Approved and authorized the Director of Health to sign Amendment No. 1 to Agreement A-
10678 with the Center for Community Advocacy to extend the Mental Health Services
Agreement through September 30, 2008; and
b. Increased the existing Agreement amount of $280,000 by $39,990 for Fiscal Year 2008-09
for a revised maximum total amount of $319,990.
