System Network Engineering Support Services at
NMC in an aggregate amount of $375,000 and the not
to exceed amount of $228,098 for the period July 1,
2011 to June 30, 2012
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Calcagno, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby;
Authorized the Purchasing Manager for Natividad Medical Center NMC) to
execute Renewal Amendment #1 to the Agreement No. A-11763 with NetXperts
Inc. for Voice-over-IP VoIP) Telephony System Network Engineering Support
Services at NMC in an aggregate amount of $375,000 and not to exceed the
amount of $228,098 for the period July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on this 2 8th day of June, 2011, by the following vote, to wit:
