RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Veterans Transition Center of Monterey County (VTC) identified a need for transitional housing units for formerly incarcerated veterans to reintegrate after being released from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR).
