ACTION: Consider and approve extending the agreement with Arbor
E&T, dba Equus Workforce Solutions, to provide Workforce
Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult and Dislocated
Worker case management services in the amount of $1,300,000 for
Program Year (PY) 2026-27, and recommend that the Executive
Committee’s approval is forwarded to the full board for
consideration at its meeting of June 25, 2026.
