a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a non-standard Agreement between the County of Monterey and Steris Corporation for the purchase of new laboratory equipment, preventative maintenance, and extension of preventative maintenance for existing laboratory equipment, effective upon execution through June 30, 2028, for a total Agreement amount of $162,165; and
b. Approve non-standard Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and
c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign up to three future amendments where the combined amendments do not exceed 10% ($16,217) of the original amount and do not significantly change the scope, total not to exceed a maximum of $178,382.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a non-standard Agreement between the County of Monterey and Steris Corporation for the purchase of new laboratory equipment, preventative maintenance, and extension of preventative maintenance for existing laboratory equipment, effective upon execution through June 30, 2028, for a total Agreement amount of $162,165; and
