Title: a. RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a non-standard Agreement between the County of Monterey and Steris Corporation for the purchase of new laboratory equipment, preventative maintenance, and extension of preventative maintenance for existing laboratory equipment, effective upon execution through June 30, 2028, for a total Agreement amount of $162,165; and
