Title: a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to Agreement A-16208 between the County of Monterey and Life Technologies, Corp., to provide the laboratory with recertification, annual certification, and preventative maintenance service, extending the term for 2 years and 6 months, for an aggregate term of March 29, 2023 to June 28, 2028, and increase the Agreement by $108,412 for a total aggregated amount not to exceed $265,351; and b. RECOMMENDATION:

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
