Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Paramedic Service Provider Agreement between the County of Monterey and the City of Salinas for the provision of paramedic services in the County of Monterey for the period from July 31, 2025 through July 31, 2028.

The original Paramedic Service Provider Agreement was reviewed and approved by the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors on July 12, 2022. The current Agreement expires on July 31, 2025. Amendment No. 1 extends the Agreement until July 31, 2028 under the same terms and conditions.
