Authorize the Chief Executive Officer for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement (A-16532) with Triage LLC (formerly RTG MSP Medical, LLC dba RTG Medical) for staff procurement management services, extending the Agreement an additional one (1) year period (August 1, 2025 through July 31, 2026) for a revised full Agreement term of August 1, 2023 through July 31, 2026, and adding $5,000,000 for a new total Agreement amount not-to-exceed $18,200,000.

It is recommended the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Triage LLC provides essential support by supplying expert agency nurses and clinical technicians through a strong network of over thirty specialized agencies. With their assistance, NMC will effectively staff critical areas such as the Emergency Department, Intensive Care, Intermediate Care, Labor and Delivery, Surgery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Mother-Baby, Psychiatric Care, and Rehabilitation. The registry will also support needs in Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy, as well as Radiology, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, the Clinical Lab, Dietetics, and Pharmacy.
