Title: a. Approve and authorize the Director or designee of the Department of Social Services to sign Amendment No.1 with Door to Hope, adding $271,673 for a new contract total of $772,011 to provide Parents as Teachers (PAT) Program which provides parent education to families who are involved with, or at-risk of, child protective services intervention and creation and implementation of a Social Media safety class with no changes to the contract term; and b. RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
