RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve the Parcel Map for the Lopez Minor Subdivision of a 1.18 acre parcel into 4 parcels
of 11,524 square feet, 12,446 square feet, 13,009 square feet, and 14,382 square feet each; and
b. Direct the Clerk of the Board to submit the Parcel Map, the Indemnification Agreement, the
Permit Approval Notice, and the Deed Restriction to the County Recorder for filing.

SUMMARY:
The developer has submitted a tax clearance certificate in accordance with Government Code Section 66492 and the Parcel Map Guarantee in accordance with Government Code Section 66465 of the Subdivision Map Act. The project has met all the conditions of approval required for clearance prior to recording the Parcel Map. The Parcel Map is in substantial compliance with the approved Tentative Map.

DISCUSSION:
The Ramirez Minor Subdivision (PC93018) was approved by the Monterey County Planning Commission on June 30, 1993. The applicant submitted extension requests in 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, and 1999.
