Title: a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Santa Cruz-Monterey-Merced-San Benito-Mariposa Managed Medical Care Commission, operating as Central California Alliance for Health (CCAH), to coordinate care, conduct administrative activities, and engage in information exchange activities required for the effective and seamless delivery of California Children's Services (CCS) program activities to CCS eligible members from upon execution, to June 30, 2027, at no cost to the County of Monterey; and b. Approve a non-standard Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign up to three future amendments that do not significantly change the scope.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Santa Cruz-Monterey-Merced-San Benito-Mariposa Managed Medical Care Commission, operating as Central California Alliance for Health (CCAH), to coordinate care, conduct administrative activities, and engage in information exchange activities required for the effective and seamless delivery of California Children's Services (CCS) program activities to CCS eligible members from upon execution, to June 30, 2027, at no cost to the County of Monterey; and
b. Approve a non-standard Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and
c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to sign up to three future amendments that do not significantly change the scope.
