Adopt a Resolution:
a. Accepting the Certificate of Completion for construction of the San Miguel Canyon Road/Hall Road Intersection Improvements, Project No. 05-152065 performed by Graniterock Company dba Pavex Construction Division; and
b. Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the San Miguel Canyon Road/Hall Road Intersection Improvements, Project No. 05-152065 performed by Graniterock Company dba Pavex Construction Division.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors adopt a Resolution:
a. Accepting the Certificate of Completion for construction of the San Miguel Canyon Road/Hall Road Intersection Improvements, Project No. 05-152065 performed by Graniterock Company dba Pavex Construction Division; and
b. Authorizing the Director of Public Works to execute and record the Notice of Completion for the San Miguel Canyon Road/Hall Road Intersection Improvements, Project No. 05-152065 performed by Graniterock Company dba Pavex Construction Division.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
On July 12, 2005, the Board of Supervisors awarded a contract to Graniterock Company dba Pavex Construction Division for construction of the San Miguel Canyon Road/Hall Road Intersection Improvements, Project No. 05-152065. The project consisted of roadway improvements by widening existing roadways, installation of traffic signal, and a five-year Plant Establishment period. The contract is now complete in all respects in accordance with the Plans and Special Provisions. The work is ready to be accepted by the Board of Supervisors.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
None.
FINANCING:
There is no impact to the General Fund. The total project cost, including engineering, environmental, and construction, is $1,949,471. The project was financed with Regional Surface Transportation Program funds and Traffic Impact fees.
