Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A-11192
a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign the
Health Budget Unit 411 Professional Services Agreement with Public
Health Foundation Enterprises, Inc., in the amount of $250,000 for the
period of July 1, 2008 through September 1, 2010, for the purpose of
procuring equipment for area hospitals and clinics for preparedness; and
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign up to three 3) future
amendments to this Agreement where the amendments do not exceed
ten percent 10%) and do not significantly change the scope of work.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and ca ed by those
members present, effective July 1, 2008, the Board hereby:
a. Approved and authorized the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign the ealth Budget Unit
