Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer under County Code
2.32.100 to surplus a 1998, 15-passenger van to the John XXIII
AIDS Ministry to continue necessary HIV Counseling and Testing
services for high-risk populations.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, effective June 24, 2008, the Board hereby:
Authorized the Contracts/Purchasing Officer under County Code 2.32.100 to surplus a 1998, 15-
passenger van to the John XXIII AIDS Ministry to continue necessary HIV Counseling and
Testing services for high-risk populations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June, 2008, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Calcagno, Salinas, Mettee-McCutchon, Potter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
