Title
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a Services Agreement with University Corporation at Monterey Bay for the County of Monterey to receive funds for the provision of project support to University Corporation at Monterey Bay's Project REACH, whose mission is to create a culturally responsive, integrated, and multi-tiered system of social emotional services and supports for children in public schools, in the total amount not to exceed $185,000 for a retroactive term of September 25, 2023 through December 31, 2027; and
b. Approve non-standard insurance, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions to the Services Agreement as recommended by the Director of Health Services; and
c. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments to the Services Agreement that do not exceed 10% ($18,500) of the original agreement amount, do not significantly change the scope of services, and do not increase the total not to exceed amount of $203,500.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a.
