Title: a. RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health Services or designee to execute a retroactive non-standard Professional Services Agreement with California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) retired annuitant Benjamin Reyes Mandac, MD, for the term April 4, 2026 through April 2, 2027 for a maximum County obligation of $123,322;

SUMMARY:
The California Children’s Services (CCS) program provides diagnostic and treatment services, medical case management, and physical and occupational rehabilitative care to children under 21 with CCS-eligible medical conditions such as cystic fibrosis, hemophilia, cerebral palsy, cancer and traumatic injuries.
