a. Approve Amendment No. 1 to Wireless
Communication Site Lease Agreement with
New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, 1410
Natividad Road, Salinas, California, to
correct the legal description of real property
and correct and establish a description of the
Lease Area consistent with its actual location
and square footage and location of installed
equipment; and
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer
to execute Amendment No. 1 to Wireless
Communication Site Lease Agreement with
New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, 1410
Natividad Road, Salinas California
Upon motion of Supervisor Parker, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby;
a. Approved Amendment No. 1 to Wireless Communication Site Lease Agreement
with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, 1410 Natividad Road, Salinas,
California, to correct the legal description of real property and correct and
establish a description of the Lease Area consistent with its actual location and
square footage and location of installed equipment; and
b. Authorized the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to execute Amendment No. 1 to
Wireless Communication Site Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless
PCS, LLC, 410 Natividad Road, Salinas California.
