Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No. A-10446
Approves and authorizes the Purchasing Manager to sign an
agreement and optional extensions with Central Maintenance
Company to provide custodial maintenance services and supplies for
the County of Monterey for the term of two 2) years, July 1, 2006
through June 30, 2008, with the option to extend the Agreement for
two 2) additional one 1) year terms, with an aggregate value of
approximately $800,000 per fiscal year, in accordance with the
terms and conditions within the Agreement.
Upon motion of Supervisor Calcagno seconded by Supervisor Lindley, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Approves and authorizes the Purchasing Manager to sign an agreement and optional extensions
with Central Maintenance Company to provide custodial maintenance services and supplies for
the County of Monterey, for the term of two 2) years, July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2008, with
the option to extend the Agreement for two 2) additional one 1) year terms, with an aggregate
value of approximately $800,000 per fiscal year, in accordance with the terms and conditions
within the Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May, 2006, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Calcagno, Lindley and Potter
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Smith
