Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A 11516
a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign Amendment No.
1 to Agreement A-11516 with Harmony at Home for the provision of counseling
services to elementary school-aged children who have been exposed to domestic
violence, Amendment No. 1 extends the term from June 30, 2010 through June
30, 2011 and adds $75,000 for a revised total amount not to exceed $150,000;
and
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to approve future amendments up to
ten percent 10%) of the annual amount, which does not significantly alter the
scope of work or result in an increase in net county contribution.
Upon motion of Supervisor Potter, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
a. Approved and authorized the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign Amendment No. 1 to
Agreement A- 11516 with Harmony at Home for the provision of counseling services to
elementary school-aged children who have been exposed to domestic violence, Amendment
No. 1 extends the term from June 30, 2010 through June 30, 2011 and adds $75,000 for a
revised total amount not to exceed $150,000; and
b. Authorized the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to approve future amendments up to ten percent
10%) of the annual amount, which does not significantly alter the scope of work or result in
an increase in net county contribution.
