Agreement No: A 11696
Authorize the Purchasing Manager for Natividad Medical Center NMC) to
execute Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Paragon Mechanical Inc.
for Preventative Maintenance, repair and parts for Chillers and VFD Services
at NMC in an amount not to exceed $226,000 an increase of $45,000 in
Fiscal Year 2009/2010) and $90,000 in Fiscal Year 2010/2011, for the period
March 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011.
Upon motion of Supervisor Potter, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Authorized the Purchasing Manager for Natividad Medical Center NMC) to execute
Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Paragon Mechanical Inc. for Preventative
Maintenance, repair and parts for Chillers and VFD Services at NMC in an amount not to exceed
$226,000 an increase of $45,000 in Fiscal Year 2009/2010) and $90,000 in Fiscal Year
2010/2011, for the period March 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011.
