a. Authorize the Deputy Purchasing Agent for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Visual Net Design for website update and web hosting services, adding $150,000 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $183,988, with no changes to the existing agreement term May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2021.
b. Authorize the Deputy Purchasing Agent for NMC or his designee to execute up to three (3) future amendments to the agreement which do not significantly alter the scope of work and do not cause an increase of more than ten percent (10%) ($3,398) of the original cost of the agreement per each amendment.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended the Board of Supervisors:
a. Authorize the Deputy Purchasing Agent for Natividad Medical Center (NMC) or his designee to execute amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Visual Net Design for website update and web hosting services, adding $150,000 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $183,988, with no changes to the existing agreement term May 1, 2018 through April 30, 2021.

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
Natividad is recommending that the current agreement for hosting services with Visual Net Design be expanded to also include Support Services (i.e. software updates, security monitoring, and assistance with troubleshooting to diagnose software issues).
