It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

Medical Hill Rehabilitation Center, LLC dba Medical Hill Rehabilitation is a mental health rehabilitation center for adults with psychiatric impairments and disabilities that require a locked skilled nursing level of care. The services of Medical Hill Rehabilitation are necessary to maintain medical continuity of critical mental health care services provided to severe mentally ill adult patients currently placed in this facility located in Oakland, California.
