The Monterey County Board of Supervisors first appointed Mr. Lauritzen as Sealer of Weights & Measures on June 30, 2001 and reappointed him in 2005, and again in 2010.  Mr. Lauritzen is now eligible for reappointment to his fourth four-year term of office.  It is recommended that the Board reappoint Mr. Lauritzen to another four-year term.
