Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A-11037
a. Approve and authorize the Registrar of Voters to execute
Agreement Number 07G30117 Amendment No. 1 with the
Secretary of State's office to include additional information
related to the federal program that provided the funding;
b. Approve and authorize the Registrar of Voters to execute
Agreement Number 07G26119 Amendment No. 1 with the
Secretary of State's office to include additional information
related to the federal program that provided the funding; and
c. Authorize the Registrar of Voters to execute future
amendments that do not significantly alter the scope of work or
the approved agreement amount.
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
a. Approved and authorized the Registrar of Voters to execute Agreement Number 07G30117
Amendment No. 1 with the Secretary of State's office to include additional information
related to the federal program that provided the funding;
d. Approved and authorized the Registrar of Voters to execute Agreement Number 07G26119
Amendment No. 1 with the Secretary of State's office to include additional information
related to the federal program that provided the funding; and
e. Authorized the Registrar of Voters to execute future amendments that do not significantly
alter the scope of work or the approved agreement amount.
