It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Health Department Clinic Services Bureau ("Clinic Services") operates seven community clinics certified by the State of California and designated as Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alikes. Since 2011, the University of California, San Francisco, School of Medicine ("UCSF") has been providing the clinics with specialty services in endocrinology, which has improved clinical care and outcomes with the patient population.
