Approve and authorize the County Purchasing Agent or designee to execute Amendment No. 1 to the Lease Agreement between the County of Monterey and SIBS, A Limited Partnership, dated September 7, 2022, for 12,122 square feet of general office and warehouse space located at 632 East Alisal Street (front building), Salinas, California, for use by the Health Department’s Public Health Bureau’s Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Nutritional Program, to add Premise Improvement Costs for the replacement of existing flooring with Luxury Vinyl Tile and new matching wall bases in the Training Room, Reception Area, and Lobby Area, at a lump-sum cost of $16,953 payable within sixty (60) days following completion of the improvements.

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
