a. Approve and authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute an Agreement with TOURtech Support, Inc. for I.T. services for events at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca effective August 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $300,000; and
b. Authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($30,000) of the agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute an Agreement with TOURtech Support, Inc. for I.T. services for events at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca effective August 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022, for an amount not to exceed $300,000; and
b. Authorize the County Administrative Officer, or designee, to execute up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10% ($30,000) of the agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
This request supports the use of TOURtech Support, Inc. for I.T. services for events held at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. TOURtech was selected as an Event IT Provider via RFP No. 10752 in 2020.
I.T. services are vital to the overall success of events held at WeatherTech Raceway and include temporary wiring and cabling, basic troubleshooting, and I.T. support to vendors participating in the major events.
A&D Narigi Consulting, LLC respectfully requests that the Board approve this Agreement.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The Office of County Counsel has reviewed and approved the Agreement as to form.
FINANCING:
