Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
a. Approve and authorize the Emergency
Services Manager to accept a grant from the
Federal Department of Homeland Security
DHS) in the amount $630,723; and
b. Authorize the Auditor Controller to approve
amending the FY 2011-12 budget for the
Office of Emergency Services Department
Appropriation Unit CAO005; to increase
estimated revenues and appropriations in the
amount of $309,100. 4/5ths vote required)...
Upon motion of Supervisor Parker, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, effective February 7, 2012, the Board hereby;
a. Approved and authorized the Emergency Services Manager to accept a grant from
the Federal Department of Homeland Security DHS) in the amount $630,723;
and,
b. Authorized the Auditor Controller to approve amending the FY 2011-12 Budget
for the Office of Emergency Services Department Appropriation Unit CA0005 to
increase estimated revenues and appropriations in the amount of $309,100.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on this 7th day of February, 2012, by the following vote, to-wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Supervisor Calcagno, Salinas, Potter and Parker
