a. Approve and authorize the Monterey County Laguna Seca Representative to execute a Standard Agreement between Tarpy's LLC dba Coastal Roots Events & Catering and the County of Monterey for catering services for WeatherTech(r) Raceway at Laguna Seca with a term beginning May 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, for an amount not to exceed of $300,000;
b. Approve and authorize the Monterey County Laguna Seca Representative to execute up to three (3) future amendments to the Standard Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed 10%, or $30,000 of the agreement amount and do not significantly change the scope of work, subject to County Counsel approval. Whereas the total aggregate amount of this agreement will not exceed $390,000.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a. For 30 years, Tarpy's LLC dba Coastal Roots Events & Catering (Tarpy's), has been serving the Monterey Peninsula through its restaurants and premier events and catering company, as well as supporting the community through its foundations and non-profit partnerships.
