a. Approve and authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to sign a two fiscal year term
Professional Services Agreement July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2012) with Psychiatrists
Only, LLC to refer Locum Tenens Psychiatric Service Providers for the provision of
mental health treatment services to adults and children with psychiatric impairments and
disabilities in the annual amount of $90,000 for Fiscal Year FY) 2010-11 and $90,000
for FY 2011-12 for a total Agreement amount of $180,000; and
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer, to sign up to three future amendments to
this agreement where the amendments do not exceed ten percent 10%) and do not
significantly change the scope of work or result in an increase of net county
contribution.
Upon motion of Supervisor Potter, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
