a. Approve an Agreement with Salinas Collision Repair to provide auto body repair services to the County of Monterey Resource Management Agency - Public Works (Request for Quotations #10338), in an aggregate total amount paid to all contractors not to exceed $1,000,000 over the term of the Agreements from execution of the Agreement through and including August 31, 2015, with the option to extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and
c. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to execute the Agreements with Fender Mender Autobody and Salinas Collision Repair and future amendments to said Agreements where the amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) of the original aggregate total amount and do not significantly alter the scope of work.
