a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to execute an Animal Services Agreement between the County of Monterey and Spay Neuter Imperative Project (SNIP) for the term retroactive to July 11, 2022 to June 30, 2023 for the provision of all-inclusive feral cat spay/neuter clinics along with domestic cat spay/neuter clinics within unincorporated Monterey County communities and the City of Salinas with no cost for residents in the amount of $194,400 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2022-23, for a total Agreement amount not to exceed $194,400; and
b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or the Assistant Director of Health to sign up to three (3) future amendments to this Agreement where the total amendments do not exceed ten percent (10%) ($19,440) of the original contract amount and do not significantly change the scope of work.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
a.
