RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:

SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
This new Mental Health Services Agreement with ODD-Fellow Rebekah Children's Home of California replaces Agreement A-11713 which expires on June 30, 2013. ODD-Fellow Rebekah Children's Home of California provides mental health services, day treatment, medication support, case management, Group Home RCL 14 Board and Care, and Residential Treatment Services to Monterey County Medi-Cal eligible youth in accordance with the client's individual education plan and other ide...
