a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a retroactive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with International School of Monterey, for reimbursement to the County of Monterey for the provision of mental health services for a maximum compensation not to exceed of $38,132 for the term April 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; and
b. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a retroactive Interagency Agreement, Exhibit F to the MOU, with International School of Monterey for the term of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; and
c. Approve non-standard insurance and indemnification provisions in the MOU as recommended by the Director of Health.

RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the County of Monterey Board of Supervisors:
a. Approve and authorize the Director of Health or Assistant Director of Health to execute a retroactive Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with International School of Monterey, for reimbursement to the County of Monterey for the provision of mental health services for a maximum compensation not to exceed of $38,132 for the term April 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023; and
