Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Agreement No: A-11508
a. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with the
Monterey County Business Council MCBC) for the
term July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, in an
amount not to exceed $108,000, to administer all
aspects of the Competitive Clusters C2) Project; and
b. Authorize the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to
execute the Agreement.
Upon motion of Supervisor Parker, seconded by Supervisor Salinas, and carried by those
members present, effective July 21, 2009, the Board hereby:
a. Approved a Professional Services Agreement with the Monterey County Business Council
MCBC) for the term July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, in an amount not to exceed
$108,000, to administer all aspects of the Competitive Clusters C2) Project; and
b. Authorized the Contracts/Purchasing Officer to execute the Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 2009, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Salinas, Calcagno, Parker
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Potter
