Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
Authorize the Public Works Director to execute an
amendment to the Subdivision Improvement Agreement
for the Valley View subdivision CHISPA PLN040767)
to substitute a deed of trust as improvement security
until such time as the project is ready to proceed, and
grant an extension of time to perform.
Upon motion of Supervisor Parker, seconded by Supervisor Salinas, and carried by those
members present, the Board hereby:
Authorized the Public Works Director to:
1) Execute the amendment to Subdivision Improvement Agreement for the Valley View
subdivision CHISPA PLN040767) attached hereto as exhibit 1; and
2) Accept the deed of trust on behalf of Monterey County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of July, 2009, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Salinas, Calcagno, Parker
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Potter
