Before the Board of Supervisors in and for the
County of Monterey, State of California
a. Set a Public Hearing on May 11, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. to
consider protests and objections to a report of delinquent
accounts for the Pajaro County Sanitation District; and
b. Direct the Clerk of the Board to publish a Notice of Public
Hearing for the report of delinquent fees once no later than
April 19, 2010, in The Californian and Monterey County
Herald.
Upon motion of Supervisor Calcagno, seconded by Supervisor Parker, and carried by those
members present, the Board, acting as the Board of Directors of the Pajaro County Sanitation
District, hereby:
a. Set a Public Hearing on May 11, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. to consider protests and objections to a
report of delinquent accounts for the Pajaro County Sanitation District; and
b. Directed the Clerk of the Board to publish a Notice of Public Hearing for the report of
delinquent fees once no later than April 19, 2010, in The Californian and Monterey County
Herald.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 2010, by the following vote, to wit:
