Approve and authorize the Director of Health to
sign and execute Amendment No. 1 for the first
one 1) year contract extension with American
Medical Response West AMR) for the period
of January 31, 2015 through January 31, 2016..
Upon motion of Supervisor Salinas, seconded by Supervisor Armenta, and carried by
those members present, the Board hereby;
Approved and authorized the Director of Health to sign and execute Amendment
No. 1 for the first one 1) year contract extension with American Medical
Response West AMR) for the period of January 31, 2015 through January 31,
2016.
PASSED AND ADOPTED on this 14th day of June, 2011, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Supervisors Armenta, Calcagno, Salinas, Parker, and Potter
