RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive an oral presentation on 2015 National Public Works Week.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
National Public Works Week will be celebrated throughout the nation during the week of May 17-23, 2015. This year's theme is "Community Begins Here". The Director of Public Works will give a brief oral presentation on some of the public works projects in Monterey County communities during 2014.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
None.
FINANCING:
There is no financial impact to the General Fund as a result of this presentation.
