Authorize the Director of Health to execute Amendment No. 2 to the multi-year (FY 2014-16) Mental Health Services Agreement A-12492 with ODD-Fellow Rebekah Children's Home of California to reallocate the Day Treatment Intensive units of service and funding to Mental Health Services, Medication Support, Crisis Intervention, and Case Management and to increase Program 3 Wraparound Services' rate and funding for FY 2015-16 from $2,064,806 to $2,118,987 (an increase of $54,181) for a revised total Agreement amount not to exceed $5,764,479.

It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors:
Authorize the Director of Health to execute Amendment No. 2 to the multi-year (FY 2014-16) Mental Health Services Agreement A-12492 with ODD-Fellow Rebekah Children's Home of California to reallocate the Day Treatment Intensive units of service and funding to Mental Health Services, Medication Support, Crisis Intervention, and Case Management and to increase Program 3 Wraparound Services' rate and funding for FY 2015-16 from $2,064,806 to $2,118,987 (an increase of $54,181) for a revised total Agreement amount not to exceed $5,764,479.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
ODD-Fellow Rebekah Children's Home of California provides Mental Health Services, Medication Support, Crisis Intervention, and Case Management, Group Home RCL 14 Board and Care, Residential Treatment Services, and Wraparound Services to Monterey County Medi-Cal eligible youth in accordance with the client's individual education plan and other identified needs. ODD-Fellow Rebekah Children's Home of California provides services to those who require the highest level of residential care. The goals for the services provided are to reduce inappropriate behavioral and/or psychiatric symptoms to a level of care whereby the youth can return home or move to a lower level of care.
