Staff is requesting that the Planning Commission grant the continuance to a date uncertain for PLN160139. The necessity of the continuance results from late discovery of information related to trees and biology. Additional information is needed to determine if circumstances remain the same and warrant approval of an extension. Continuing this item will allow the applicant’s time to provide updated biological, geological and tree assessments. The project will be re-noticed once the updated assessments are prepared and evaluated.
