RECOMMENDATION:
It is recommended that the Board of Supervisors receive the Action Minutes of the Budget Committee for the 1st Quarter of 2016 for January 27, 2016, February 24, 2016, March 2, 2016 and March 30, 2016.
SUMMARY/DISCUSSION:
The Budget Committee met on January 27, 2016, February 24, 2016, March 2, 2016 and March 30, 2016. The Action Minutes for these meetings have been approved by the Budget Committee. The Committee members are Supervisor Fernando Armenta and Supervisor Jane Parker. The Budget Committee submits these Actions Minutes for Board receipt.
OTHER AGENCY INVOLVEMENT:
The CAO - Budget & Analysis Division prepared this report. County departments prepare and submit staff reports for consideration by the Budget Committee. All staff reports are reviewed and approved by the CAO Analysts. County Counsel, the Auditor-Controller and Department Heads are consulted as needed.
FINANCING:
There is no impact to the County’s General Fund by receiving this report.
