It is recommended that the Planning Commission:
a. Receive a presentation of the proposed Ranch Canada Village Subdivision and the issues associated with it and the Rancho Canada Village Project Recirculated Draft Environmental Impact Report (RDEIR); and
b. Conduct a public workshop.
