Report

The Planning Commission continued this item from the public hearing on August 31, 2016 in order for staff to receive confirmation of compliance with applicable conditions, covenants and restrictions pursuant to Section 21.4.280.D.2.g of the Monterey County Code.  This issue was a point of contention at the public hearing on August 31.  Staff requests a continuance of this item to November 9, 2016.  The continuance is due to not having the information necessary to complete the staff report in time to allow adequate Planning Commission and public review.
